Full text of "The frieze"

special Thanks

To all the Frieze Reps for their time, participation, and assistance in
making this publication possible.

To Tim Fazio and Mea Rhee of Corporate Graphics for their photography,
cover design, divider design, and technical support.

To all the College Park merchants for supporting the Frieze with their
advertising.

To Jay Harkey of Colorcraft for his assistance and patience throughout
the production of the Frieze.

To Michele Goodman and Mark Slaney for their photography.
To all of the Greeks for their support.

Editor'^s Note:

The Frieze is back again this year with a few minor changes. This year we
tried some different things.

In the past the Frieze has been criticized for not having any written
information, we decided to have a block set aside for a little history
about each chapter. We also added an additional page for PHA and IFC so
that they can be recognized for all the work that they do for the Greek
System. Another addition was a page for all the Greeks who have helped us
with this publication.

Since this publication is sponsored by the whole Greek System, we thought
we should include Greeks on the cover and on the divider pages
throughout the Frieze.

The Frieze is a collaboration of pictures from all of the chapters at the
University of Maryland College Park. Therefore, we are not responsible
for any offensive or embarrassing material. In other words, you gave us
the pictures and the Frieze reps put them in, so we are covered.

We hope you enjoy the Frieze!

Known throughout the nation as the
gentlemans fraternity. Phi Deha Theta's
Maryland Alpha Chapter exemplifies this
description. Through athletics, art, dance,
and especially scholarship. Phi Delts reign
supreme among Greek houses. Our close
personal relationships with Greek life
directors, alchohol policy constructors and
judicial board members makes Phi Delt the
cog that runs the machine of the Greek system.
We sing, we dance, we create; we are -

Dear Senior '92,

Congratulations on completing your final year at the University of Maryland! We
hope you are successful in finding that special job. The experiences you've had
with your fraternity or sorority have undoubtedly been very rewarding and a lot of
fun! Many of the friendships made through brotherhood and sisterhood will
continue to strengthen as you go on in life - this to me is one of the great benefits
of being greek!

Hopefully we have played a small but important part in your greek experience.
We have appreciated all your support during the last few years!

Good Luck, and stop in to say hello whenever you are in town -

Fraternally Yours,

Mike, Bob, Gloria, & the Balfour Staff
